I went to Starlight Studio to get permanent eyebrows. Cathy is friendly and professional and immediately made me feel comfortable. Although I wanted them for years, I was a bit nervous about getting permanent tattoos on my face. I ended up being nervous for no reason! Cathy’s work came out better than I imagined it would. She was awesome! I got both top and bottom eyeliner done and it took a little over an hour. She numbed it first and that really helped! It did not hurt at all while she did it.
